She is a Pittsburgh, PA native and her parents moved to St John in 1978 — she has never left. With all the various shades of blue water and green mountains it was easily love at first sight for this island girl! She graduated from Antilles School on St Thomas in 1982 after working as a windsurf instructor, worked her way up the ladder in the restaurant business, she built a successful property management business which led to obtain her real estate license, then two years later becoming broker. She spent 24 years + of her career meeting and helping all the wonderful people she has met who either needed to sell a piece of property or wanted to buy that special “piece of the rock”. She loves helping people and has met so many amazing people some she is friends with to this day.
Tammy lives with her husband Jeff in Fish Bay, where presumably the couple and their 2 rescue pups live happily ever after? Her two kids, both born and raised in St John. Just Grown and gone but in 2017 her daughter returned with her family to hopefully raise them on St John as she loved how it is growing up here. Tammy says she feels so fortunate to have them living down the road, watching them grow up..
